CameraStudio is provided by RuckUp Media Inc. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to RuckUp Media Inc. This policy applies only to CameraStudio and not to other RuckUp Media, Dryads, or CameraStudio products unless those products link to this page.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, CameraStudio may collect or access the following types of information:

• Account information, such as email address, user ID, authentication status, and account settings, if account features are enabled.
• Camera, microphone, screen recording, and media files only when you choose to use recording, capture, import, or export features.
• Game and project data, such as saved sessions, scenes, preferences, templates, edits, export settings, and usage counters.
• Device and diagnostics information, such as app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
• Purchase status for the paid Google Play app, such as license or purchase confirmation provided by Google Play.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, health data, financial account numbers, or precise biometric identifiers.

How We Use Information

• Provide recording, camera, media editing, game, project, export, and account features.
• Save preferences and restore app state across sessions.
• Process purchases, verify paid access, and prevent unauthorized use.
• Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Protect the app, users, and our services from abuse, fraud, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and Google Play requirements.

Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording, and Media

CameraStudio may request access to your camera, microphone, device media library, and screen recording capabilities. These permissions are used only to provide features you choose to use, such as capturing video, recording audio, importing images or videos, previewing camera input, saving exports, or creating game/project content.

Media you create or import may be stored locally on your device. If cloud sync, backup, account, or sharing features are enabled, selected content may be uploaded to our service providers so the requested feature can work.

Payments

CameraStudio is a paid Google Play app. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, or other payment instrument details. Google may provide purchase status, order, license, refund, and entitlement information so we can confirm access to the paid app.

Third-Party Services

CameraStudio may use service providers to run app features, store data, analyze reliability, and process purchases. These may include Google Play, Firebase or Google Cloud services, and infrastructure providers that host, secure, monitor, or deliver app services.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when a service provider needs it to operate the app, when you choose to share or export content, when required by law, when needed to protect users or our services, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Data Storage and Retention

Some information is stored locally on your device. Some information may be stored in cloud services if you use account, backup, sync, diagnostics, or online features. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, support your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

You can delete local app data using your device settings. If account-based cloud features are enabled, you may request deletion by contacting us.

Delete My Information

You may ask us to fully delete personal information associated with your CameraStudio account or app use. To request deletion, email info@ruckupmedia.com with the subject line "CameraStudio Data Deletion".

Please include the email address or account identifier used in the app, your Google Play order number if your request relates to a purchase, and a clear statement that you want your CameraStudio information deleted. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account-related data.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information we control, including account records, cloud-synced app data, uploaded media, and support records tied to CameraStudio, unless we must retain limited information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

• Grant or revoke camera, microphone, media, and notification permissions in Android settings.
• Delete local files, exports, projects, and app data from your device.
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information associated with CameraStudio.
• Opt out of certain analytics or advertising identifiers using Android and Google account settings where available.

Privacy rights vary by location. We will respond to valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

CameraStudio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of CameraStudio after an update means the revised policy applies.
